The High Mountain Asia 5 Arc-Minute Hydrological Flow Direction for the Headwaters of the Amu Darya and Indus River Basins, Version 1 data set is now available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC). This data set contains hydrological flow directions at 5 arc-minute resolution for the headwaters of the Amu Darya and Indus River basins. The domain spans parts of Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Pakistan.
The SMAPVEX19-22 Millbrook Airborne Lidar and SMAPVEX19-22 Massachusetts Airborne Lidar, Version 1 data sets, are now available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC). These lidar measurements were collected in April and August 2022 in the vicinity of Millbrook, NY, and Petersham, MA during the SMAPVEX19-22 campaign.
NOAA@ NSIDC is pleased to announce that MASAM2: Daily 4 km Arctic Sea Ice Concentration, Version 2 is now available. MASAM2 is a blend of the 4 km Multisensor Analyzed Sea Ice Extent – Northern Hemisphere (MASIE-NH) ice extent product and a 10 km AMSR2 sea ice concentration product. With Version 2, the data set provides ice concentration values that may range between 40 percent and 100 percent everywhere that the MASIE product has detected ice.
Version 3 of the ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3B Monthly Gridded Dynamic Ocean Topography (ATL19) data set, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), has been released.  This data set contains monthly gridded dynamic ocean topography, derived from the along-track ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3A Ocean Surface Height product (ATL12).  Temporal coverage currently spans 14 October 2018 to 01 April 2023 and is updated regularly.  Spatial coverage is global.  Changes with
