User notice: SMAP Near Real-time data sets outage

The Near Real-time SMAP L1B Radiometer Half-Orbit Time-Ordered Brightness Temperatures, Version 105 and Near Real-time SMAP L2 Radiometer Half-Orbit 36 km EASE-Grid Soil Moisture, Version 107 data sets, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), have been experiencing a data outage since 12:41 MT July 10th. The project team is investigating the cause of the outage and is actively working on resuming operations. We estimate that operations will resume later today, July 11th. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
