The DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS Daily Polar Gridded Brightness Temperatures, Version 5 and DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS Pathfinder Daily EASE-Grid Brightness Temperatures, Version 2 data sets, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), have been updated through 31 October 2019. These data sets contain daily brightness temperature measurements derived from Special Sensor Microwave/Imager (SSM/I) and Special Sensor Microwave Imager/Sounder (SSMIS) measurements. The DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS Daily Polar Gridded Brightness Temperatures, Version 5 data are available at a 12.5 km or 25 km gridded resolution and on the Northern or Southern Polar Stereographic projections. The DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS Pathfinder Daily EASE-Grid Brightness Temperatures, Version 2 data are available at a 12.5 km or 25 km resolution and on the Northern, Southern, and Global EASE-Grid projections.
