NASA IceBridge Snow Radar Greenland data for the 20 April 2010 CryoSat-2 underflight are now available from NSIDC. Due to the interest in the CryoSat-2 underflight, data for 20 April 2010 are provided in advance of the full Greenland 2010 Snow Radar Level-1B data set. This is a joint announcement with NASA and the National Snow and Ice Data Center. The National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) is part of the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

NOAA@NSIDC has developed and will maintain a data inventory for the Science Ice Exercise (SCICEX) program. SCICEX is a US Navy Submarine Arctic Science Program that utilizes nuclear submarines to collect scientific data about the Arctic Ocean. To view the data inventory, see the SCICEX Data section of the Web site. The site acts as a collection point for past data acquired as part of the SCICEX program.
