Update for NASA IceBridge UAF Lidar Scanner L1B Data Set

The NASA IceBridge UAF Lidar Scanner L1B Geolocated Surface Elevation Triplets data set now includes data for 2013. This data set contains scanning laser altimetry data points of Alaska Glaciers acquired using the airborne University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Glacier Lidar system.
