Version 6 of the ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3A Sea Ice Height (ATL07) and ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3A Sea Ice Freeboard (ATL10) data sets, accessible through the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), have been released. These data sets contain along-track heights for sea ice and open water leads, and along-track sea ice freeboard estimates. Temporal coverage for these data sets spans 14 October 2018 to 15 April 2023.
Version 5 of these data sets will be retired from the NSIDC DAAC in six months. Upon retirement, data will no longer be accessible. All related documentation will remain available on the data set web page for future reference.
