New validation field campaign data from the Soil Moisture Active Passive Validation Experiment 2012 (SMAPVEX12) are now available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), including:
- Core-Based In Situ Soil Moisture Data for Agricultural Area
- Core-Based Soil Texture Data
- In Situ Vegetation Data for Forest Area
