In mid-April 2025, the “Order Files” option of NSIDC DAAC’s Data Access Tool will be retired and replaced with Earthdata Download. Earthdata Download is a native desktop application that enables efficient direct download for orders of any size. To use this new download option, you must install the new version release of Earthdata Download (v1.0.4) available here: https://nasa.github.io/earthdata-download/.
Additionally, the “Order History” page (https://nsidc.org/order-history) will also be removed two weeks after this update, at the end of April 2025.

This data set contains geolocated free air gravity disturbances derived from measurements taken over Antarctica using the GT-1A gravity meter S-019. The data were collected by scientists working on the Investigating the Cryospheric Evolution of the Central Antarctic Plate (ICECAP) project, which is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) with additional support from NASA Operation IceBridge.
