Update for NASA IceBridge KT19 IR Surface Temperature Data Set

The NASA IceBridge KT19 IR Surface Temperature data set now includes data for Arctic 2014. This data set contains surface temperature measurements of Arctic and Antarctic sea ice and land ice acquired using the KT19 pyrometer alongside the NASA Airborne Topographic Mapper (ATM) Instrument.
