Overview

This data set provides high-resolution sea ice freeboard estimates derived from airborne measurements collected over the Arctic Ocean. The data were gathered using NASA's Land, Vegetation, and Ice Sensor (LVIS) Facility laser altimeter and PhaseOne camera during the ICESat-2 Summer Sea Ice Campaign in 2022 and the Arctic Radiation Cloud Aerosol Surface Interaction Experiment (ARCSIX) in 2024.
