Data Updates
The NASA IceBridge ATM L4 Surface Elevation Rate of Change data set now includes measurements based on 2014 data. This data set contains surface elevation rate of change measurements derived from IceBridge and Pre-IceBridge Airborne Topographic Mapper (ATM) widescan elevation measurements data (ILATM1B) for Arctic and Antarctic missions flown under NASA's Operation IceBridge (OIB) and Arctic Ice Mapping (AIM) projects.
The NASA IceBridge MCoRDS L2 Ice Thickness data set now includes data for the 2014 Arctic campaign. This data set contains depth sounder measurements of elevation, surface, bottom, and thickness for Greenland and Antarctica taken from the Multichannel Coherent Radar Depth Sounder (MCoRDS). The Making Earth System Data Records for Use in Research Environments (MEaSUREs) Program, at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) is pleased to announce the release of a new data set, MEaSUREs Northern Hemisphere State of Cryosphere Weekly 100km EASE-Grid 2.0.
The NASA IceBridge MCoRDS L1B Geolocated Radar Echo Strength Profiles, Version 2 data set now includes data for the 2014 Arctic campaign. This data set contains radar echograms taken from the Center for Remote Sensing of Ice Sheets (CReSIS) ultra Multichannel Coherent Radar Depth Sounder (MCoRDS) over land and sea ice in the Arctic and Antarctic. The NASA IceBridge Accumulation Radar L1B Geolocated Radar Echo Strength Profiles, Version 2 data set now includes data for the 2014 Arctic campaign. The NASA IceBridge LVIS L0 Raw Ranges data set now includes data for the Alaska 2014 Arctic Radiation - IceBridge Sea&Ice Experiment (ARISE) campaign. This data set contains raw laser altimeter, Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), Global Positioning System (GPS), and camera data over Greenland, Antarctica, and Alaska taken from the NASA Land, Vegetation, and Ice Sensor (LVIS).
On 11 February 2015, Version 1 of the NASA IceBridge Sander AIRGrav L4 Bathymetry data set was updated to Version 1.1. In V1.1 the precision for lat and lon values in data file IGBTH4_20140207.csv is increased to 6 decimal places. This data set contains bathymetry of Arctic fjords and Antarctic ice shelves based on measurements from the Sander Geophysics Airborne Inertially Referenced Gravimeter (AIRGrav) system.
Version 2 of the AMSR-E Sea Ice data sets will only be available from NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) until 16 February 2015 through the Data Pool or Reverb.

The NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) is pleased to announce that the DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS Daily Polar Gridded Brightness Temperatures data set has been updated through 31 December 2014. These daily gridded brightness temperature data are from orbital swath data generated by the Special Sensor Microwave/Imager (SSM/I) aboard the Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) F8, F11, and F13 platforms and the Special Sensor Microwave Imager/Sounder (SSMIS) aboard DMSP-F17.
The NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) is pleased to announce that the DMSP SSM/I-SSMIS Pathfinder Daily EASE-Grid Brightness Temperatures, Version 2 data set has been updated through 31 December 2014. The data set consists of gridded brightness temperatures from the Special Sensor Microwave/Imager (SSM/I) and the Special Sensor Microwave Imager/Sounder (SSMIS) in three equal-area projections: Northern Hemisphere, Southern Hemisphere, and full global.
The NASA IceBridge Narrow Swath ATM L1B Elevation and Return Strength, Version 2 data set now includes data for Arctic 2014. This data set contains spot elevation measurements of Greenland, Arctic, and Antarctic sea ice acquired using the NASA Airborne Topographic Mapper (ATM) 4CT3 narrow scan instrumentation.

This data set contains spot elevation measurements of Arctic and Antarctic sea ice, and Greenland, Antarctic Peninsula, and West Antarctic region ice surface acquired using the NASA Airborne Topographic Mapper (ATM) instrumentation.

This data set contains resampled and smoothed elevation measurements of Arctic and Antarctic sea ice, and Greenland, Antarctic Peninsula, and West Antarctic region land ice surface acquired using the NASA Airborne Topographic Mapper (ATM) instrumentation.

This data set contains scanning laser altimetry data points of Alaska Glaciers acquired using the airborne University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) Glacier Lidar system.
