The MEaSUREs Calibrated Enhanced-Resolution Passive Microwave Daily EASE-Grid 2.0 Brightness Temperature ESDR, Version 1 data set, available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), ceased forward processing on September 30, 2025, due to the government shutdown and will not be restarted. Version 2 will continue forward processing with Special Sensor Microwave Imager/Sounder (SSMIS) and Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer 2 (AMSR2) data. Version 1 will remain accessible but will be retired in the coming months; therefore, we recommend that users transition to Version 2 moving forward.
