Version 3 of the ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3B Weekly Gridded Atmosphere (ATL16) and ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3B Monthly Gridded Atmosphere (ATL17) data sets, will be retired from the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC) on 18 August 2022. After this date, access to the data will no longer be available, but the data set documentation will remain available for future reference. Version 4 of each data set was released on 21 February 2022. Details about the latest version are available under Version Summary on the data set’s web page, and a Version History is available in Section 2.5 of the User Guide.
