The IceBridge Snow Radar L1B Geolocated Radar Echo Strength Profiles, Version 2 data set has been updated to include data for campaigns in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021 at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC).
This data set contains radar echograms taken from the Center for Remote Sensing of Ice Sheets (CReSIS) ultra wide-band snow radar over land and sea ice in the Arctic and Antarctic. The data were collected as part of Operation IceBridge funded campaigns. The newly added airborne snow data were collected during the following campaigns:
- Greenland 2017 from 9 March to 11 May 2017
- Alaska 2018 from 20 May to 30 May 2018
- Antarctica 2018 from 10 October to 16 November 2018
- Greenland 2018 from 22 March to 1 May 2018
- Antarctica 2019 from 24 October to 20 November 2019
- Greenland 2019 from 3 April to 15 May 2019 and 4 September to 14 September 2019
- Alaska 2021 from 2 May to 13 May 2021
