Corrected Nimbus Data Available for Download

New browse images are now available for download for the North and South Polar projections of the Nimbus High Resolution Infrared Radiometer Remapped Digital Data Daily L3, HDF5 (NmHRIR3H) data set. The relative size of the continent outlines has been corrected in these images. The new files are available for download as of 19 December 2013, so if you downloaded these files prior to this date, please obtain the corrected data via: FTP - ftp://n5eil01u.ecs.nsidc.org/SAN/NIMBUS/NmHRIR3H.001 or Reverb - https://reverb.echo.nasa.gov/reverb/ Documentation is available at the data set webpage - https://nsidc.org/data/nmhrir3h/. Note that the correction applies to the North and South Polar projections for all dates in the data set. The equatorial projection files were correct and have not changed.
