The AMSR2 satellite-based data products, available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC), will continue forward processing, as the data remain available from the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). NSIDC is planning for the development of AMSR3 data products in 2027, but AMSR2 data products will continue to be available until JAXA ends processing. NSIDC is planning to develop AMSR3 data products in the future.

AMSR2 Daily Polar Gridded Sea Ice Concentrations, Version 2 (NSIDC-0803)
Calibrated Enhanced-Resolution Passive Microwave Daily EASE-Grid 2.0 Brightness Temperature ESDR, Version 2 (NSIDC-0630)
