The SnowEx23 Soil Moisture Sensor Measurements, Version 1 data set is now available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC). This data set contains soil sensor measurements collected as part of the SnowEx Alaska 2023 field campaign. Time series measurements occurred at two locations within the Bonanza Creek Experimental Forest, Alaska. Variables measured include soil volumetric water content, soil and tree temperature, soil electrical conductivity, and tree apparent dielectric permittivity. Temporal coverage spans from 25 October 2021 to 6 October 2023.
