Versions 7 of ATLAS/ICESat-2 L2A Normalized Relative Backscatter Profiles (ATL04), ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3A Land Ice Height (ATL06), ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3A Land and Vegetation Height (ATL08), ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3A Calibrated Backscatter Profiles and Atmospheric Layer Characteristics (ATL09), and ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3A Along Track Inland Surface Water Data (ATL13) are now available at the NASA National Snow and Ice Data Center Distributed Active Archive Center (NSIDC DAAC). The ATL04 data contain atmospheric profiles of normalized relative backscatter. The other along-track data sets are comprised of surface-specific data products for land ice, vegetation and land, the atmosphere, and inland water.
Versions 6 of these data will be retired from the NSIDC DAAC in 6 months time. Upon retirement, data will no longer be accessible, but all related documentation will remain available on the data set web page for future reference.
