[GLIMS] First version of Randolph Glacier Inventory available again

Hello all,

Thanks to Frank Paul, the first version of the Randolph Glacier Inventory
(RGI) was rediscovered and I've just made it available again at

https://www.glims.org/RGI/

For reproducibility of scientific results, it is good to have all previous
versions available.  The current version (version 6.0) is recommended for
any new studies.  A successor to RGI Version 6 is in development now, still
some months away.
