[GLIMS] ASTER Update: when to decommission ASTER?

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for the PDF (of your presentation slides for the ASTER Science Team 
meeting).

I updated the GLIMS ASTER gain tool (www.glims.org/tools/aster_gain/) to
allow the specification of the ascending node equator crossing time (now
around 21).  It can be run in-browser, or using something like curl.  See
the info on the above page.

Jeff, write me directly (off list) with information about how to update
xARs these days.
