[GLIMS] Update on ASTER acquisitions for GLIMS

Hi all,

At the ASTER Science Team meeting in June 2018 (Tokyo), a summary of the
Science Team Acquisition Request (STAR) for GLIMS was presented.  In each
of 2016 and 2017, 25000 to 30000 scenes were acquired for GLIMS, presumably
with the proper gain settings for snow and ice.  The presentation is
