[GLIMS] Registration removed from Randolph Glacier Inventory page at glims.org

Hi all,

It was decided recently to remove the registration step for obtaining the
Randolph Glacier Inventory (RGI) files from the GLIMS website.  This has
just been done.  The RGI is at
