[GLIMS] Fwd: NEPAL GLACIER AA PROFILE

dear Wendell,

doing an AA profile for these two glaciers is pretty straight forward, using
SRTM. The question, however, is: which area do you want to use? present
time, new outlines from satellite imagery, or old outlines? let me know.

I am guessing you are using these glaciers as validation for the PTAA
method, since they have field measuremnts?
let me also suggest Chhita Chigri in India, which has 8+ years of mass
balance measurements- I can help with that one.
Both AX010 and Rikha Samba are small, clean glaciers- I suggest we also try
to test on debris covered glaciers.
