Happy New Year to you too.  ~That's a really nice message you have sent to
everyone about their respective New Years as well.  I was very happy to see
how the formulation of the proposal is finally coming together.  My only
comment at this stage is that if we receive the completed AMQ by 15 January,
we will be very hard pressed to take the project through the peer review
process, submit it to Springer, and gain approval at their monthly meeting
by mid-February. It is more likely to be mid to end of March.  Having said
that, I know Springer are very keen on the project, so I don't see any
reason why you should hold up your overall schedule to accommodate this.
