New URL for GLIMS at NSIDC

Hi all,

We at NSIDC have a new entry web page for GLIMS:

http://nsidc.org/glims/

This new page introduces GLIMS at NSIDC and consolidates links to other 
GLIMS pages, such as the MapServer and text-search interfaces to the GLIMS 
Glacier Database.

If you currently have any links to other GLIMS/NSIDC pages, such as 
nsidc.org/data/glims, please change them to the above URL.
