Dear Colleagues,
We've made a couple of minor changes to the GLACE II (GLIMS Analysis
Comparison Experiment) website, at
http://glims.colorado.edu/glace/
1. We've provided another DEM for you to use for reference in your
analysis. It is one from the Canadian Digital Elevation Dataset, brought
to our attention by Fiona Cawkwell. Look for the link just below the 3-D
view, in the "Resources" section.
2. We've changed the wording slightly in "What should be delivered" to
clarify that the images to be analyzed are the 2000 ASTER scene and the
1991 Landsat TM scene. Other data are provided only for reference.
Just a reminder: the "hard" deadline for sending us your results (via the
web-based interface) is December 31, but for those attending AGU, there
will be opportunity to discuss GLACE II issues there, so any work that you
can do before then (December 5) would be beneficial.
Best regards,
Bruce
