GLIMS Minimum Requirements list

Just a minor comment... it would be useful to be able to link not only
to the WGMS ID, but also to other local systems/names where they are
present. In Canada, for example, there exists a partial National Glacier
Inventory that does not always use the same IDs as WGMS. If this
capability isn't already in the database, it would be good to have the
ability to include it.
