 your name and institution.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">If it is published, you can include the reference.</p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Keep in mind that these presentations become part of the public record, though I have an option to remove slides that are proprietary... so indicate clearly whether they can be (a) shown only at the meeting and then deleted

 before the presentation goes public; and (b) can remain in the slide deck and can be made public.</p>
