[GLIMS] Updated sample data set for contribution to GLIMS

Hi all,

I have just updated a sample data set that can be used as a reference for 
packaging data for submission to GLIMS.  Links are on the page at

There is a README.txt file in the package that summarizes each expected

When data sets are submitted following these guidelines, the ingest process
is greatly sped up.
