[GLIMS] east Africa data

To whoever this may concern,

I am writing my dissertation for Durham University on glaciers in East Africa. I was wanting to use the Randolph Inventories hysometry data in my project, however the low latitudes summary does not extend to the region of East Africa. I assume the code for east Africa is RGI60-16.03 however the data appears to not extend this far. I was just wondering if I was looking at the wrong file or if you could show my where I could find such data,
