[GLIMS] GLIMSView software is retired

Hi all,

The GLIMSView software, developed early in GLIMS' history and used to 
package many glacier outlines into a format easily added to the database, 
has been retired.  GLIMSView is still available, but no longer recommended.
The software page now includes links to the primary software packages used
today:  QGIS, GRASS, and ArcGIS.

If you have any scripts or plugins that you use in your GLIMS work and 
you'd like to contributed them to the community, please let me know.
