[GLIMS] Updates to people and Regional Center lists on GLIMS website

Hi all,

I've just made many updates to the lists of people and Regional Centers 
(RCs) on the GLIMS website.  The RCs and Stewards are listed hierarchically
at

http://www.glims.org/glims/nsidc_rc_table_public.php

>From there, clicking on an RC institution name gives more information about
that RC, including who is affiliated.

People are listed alphabetically at

http://www.glims.org/glims/collaborators_people.php

and sorted by institution at

http://www.glims.org/glims/collaborators.php

Please have a look and let me know if you see anything that needs changing.


As I get more time, I hope to improve the technology behind the lists to
bring them into the 21st Century.
