[GLIMS] GLIMS Update: GLIMS Book update-- proofs for the chapters

Dear Colleagues:
GLIMS Book authors, FYI, from the publisher.  Based on delivery schedules discussed previously with the publisher, proof delivery in January 2013 places actual publication and delivery of the printed book in June 2013.
