[GLIMS] Compilation of worldwide ELA's

Dear GLIMS community,

I am geomorphologist working of the links between climate and tectonics at
ETH Zürich.
I am currently compiling present-day and LGM Equilibrium Line Altitudes
(ELA) for the purpose of topography / climate comparisons.
This compilation is largely based on the World Glacier Inventory
compilation, completed with hundreds points from the literature (e.g.
recompilation from Mark et al., 2005, ongoing + many more).
I especially missing data from Greenland, Canada and US, Antarctica
Peninsula and the Southern Island...  (see map here.
