If this information arrives later than 9 a.m. Arizona time Friday, it is doubtful that you will be able to obtain such lodging, but you can try by contacting ENSA directly (please be prepared to speak French). Your alternative will be to take lodging at any of a variety of 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels. AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT The lecture room is equipped with two overhead projectors, one slide projector and one PC/Video projector. PC/Video projections: using your personal computer, authors must bring, install and test their own computer (Laptop/MAC) and software before the beginning of their respective session. Four independent laptop/MAC computers (with their own power and monitor cables) can be connected to the beamer and switched one after another just before the actual presentation starts. The Laptops/MACs should be installed before the session starts, in the order of presentation in the session, and be removed only after the session has ended.
