[GLIMS] NSIDC email and websites to be down for ~2 days

Hello all, NSIDC is moving its computer infrastructure to a different building, starting this afternoon. Mail sent to nsidc.org email addresses will be collected and delivered after the move is complete, probably Wednesday.
