A-CAP/G-CAP Map Servers

A-CAP and G-CAP are geo-visualization and data download tools developed at NSIDC as part of the NASA MEaSUREs program. The Antarctic Cryospheric Access Portal (A-CAP) will provide access to Antarctic data and parameters including glaciology, ice core data, snow accumulation, satellite imagery, digital elevation models (DEMs), sea ice concentration, and many other cryosphere-related measurements. A-CAP also provides access to data from the Antarctic Glaciological Data Center (AGDC), and NSF-funded archive for Antarctic data at NSIDC. For more information, see About A-CAP.

The Greenland Cryospheric Access Portal (G-CAP), currently in development, will provide access to data from the Greenland Ice Sheet, in particular, ice velocity data covering the entire ice sheet.
