This data set contains soil temperature and soil moisture data from the Delger (White Bloom) site in Mongolia. Other variables include wind speed, wind direction, relative humidity, air temperature, atmospheric pressure, total rainfall accumulation, and soil heat flux. Data are in ASCII text form and Excel spreadsheet format, and were collected from June 2001 through November 2002. NSIDC currently provides these summary data via ftp; the full soil temperature and moisture data set is available from Ron Paetzold, USDA.
