Examples of data contained in observational records include, but are not limited to: air magnetic vertical intensity, air conductivity, atmospheric-electric observations, auroral log data, potential-gradient electrographic data, dust counts, and meteorological observations. Photographs within the collection include those from the Wilkes Station in Antarctica, the USGS survey of Fletcher's Ice Island, and the DTM Geophysical Laboratory Library. Publications within this collection primarily consist of government (national and international) bulletins and reports on activities during the International Polar and International Geophysical years. Other data include audio files of interviews recorded during NCAR's Oral Histories Project, and a video on Drifting Station Alpha during the IGY, published by NSIDC.
</Summary><Related_URL><URL_Content_Type><Type>VIEW RELATED INFORMATION</Type></URL_Content_Type><URL>http://dx.doi.org/10.7265/N5FT8HZS</URL><Description>Documentation</Description></Related_URL><Related_URL><URL_Content_Type><Type>GET DATA</Type></URL_Content_Type><URL>https://noaadata.apps.nsidc.org/NOAA/G02201/</URL><Description>HTTPS</Description></Related_URL><Metadata_Name>CEOS IDN DIF</Metadata_Name><Metadata_Version>VERSION 9.9</Metadata_Version><DIF_Creation_Date>2011-08-01</DIF_Creation_Date><Last_DIF_Revision_Date>2025-10-07</Last_DIF_Revision_Date><Extended_Metadata><Metadata><Group>NSIDC</Group><Name>Version Summary</Name><Value/></Metadata><Metadata><Group>NSIDC</Group><Name>Minor Version</Name><Value/></Metadata><Metadata><Group>NSIDC</Group><Name>Current Version</Name><Value>1</Value></Metadata><Metadata><Group>NSIDC</Group><Name>Level of Service</Name><Value><Level>Basic</Level></Value></Metadata><Metadata><Group>NSIDC</Group><Name>Full Dataset Citation</Name><Value>Coburn, E., Duerr, R., Schlagel, E. &amp; Wallace, A.
