ATL14 is a high-resolution (100 m) digital elevation model (DEM) that provides spatially continuous gridded data of ice sheet surface height. The data can be used to initialize ice sheet models, as boundary conditions for atmospheric models, or to help with the reduction of other satellite data such as optical imagery or synthetic aperture radar (SAR).

ATL15 provides coarser resolution (1 km, 10 km, 20 km, and 40 km) height-change maps at 3-month intervals, allowing for visualization of height-change patterns and calculation of integrated regional volume change.
</Summary><Related_URL><URL_Content_Type><Type>VIEW RELATED INFORMATION</Type></URL_Content_Type><URL>https://nsidc.org/sites/default/files/documents/user-guide/atl15-v003-userguide_0.pdf</URL><Description>ATLAS/ICESat-2 L3B Gridded Antarctic and Arctic Land Ice Height Change, Version 3 User Guide</Description></Related_URL><Metadata_Name>CEOS IDN DIF</Metadata_Name><Metadata_Version>VERSION 9.9</Metadata_Version><DIF_Creation_Date>2023-10-26</DIF_Creation_Date><Last_DIF_Revision_Date>2026-05-15</Last_DIF_Revision_Date><Extended_Metadata><Metadata><Group>NSIDC</Group><Name>Version Summary</Name><Value>-All regions: Additional 4 cycles of ICESat-2 data from ATL11
