I manage the Technical Services teams at NSIDC: the Operations team, the System Administration team, the Database Administrators, and the cyber security officer. I attempt to understand new trends and shifts in technology and apply those to benefit the NSIDC mission. I also promote and coordinate technical knowledge across the organization.
