On 28 September 2011, Version 3 (V003) of the AMSR-E/Aqua L1A Raw Observation Counts data set was released by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA).
A new data set is available at NSIDC, the Enhanced-Resolution SSM/I and AMSR-E Daily Polar Brightness Temperatures.
NSIDC has released a new sea ice data set, the AMSR-E/Aqua Daily L3 6.25 km Sea Ice Drift Polar Grids.
Both the AMSR-E/Aqua Daily EASE-Grid Brightness Temperatures and AMSR-E/Aqua Daily Global Quarter-Degree Gridded Brightness Temperatures data sets have been updated.
On 02 May 2011, NSIDC will discontinue distribution of Preliminary Level-3 AMSR-E data.
On 26 January 2011, the AMSR-E/Aqua L2A Global Swath Spatially-Resampled Brightness Temperatures were updated to V11 (Validated 11 – Stage 3).
Data users can now subscribe to receive new AMSR-E and MODIS data via an RSS data feed as soon as they are ingested at NSIDC.
