Mike Abrams provided an update on ASTER/Terra. The following is from him. </div>

"At the end of November Terra lost another power shunt, putting the platform at below the total power required to feed all the instruments. ASTER was stopped. Last week, the TIR was turned off entirely to reduce consumption affecting the batteries. MOPITT and

 CERES had some of their instruments also turned off. After investigation, it was found that we could operate the VNIR with little additional power. Working with FOT and Japan team, we will try resuming VNIR data acquisitions later this week!"</div>
