a fantastic country to work in for anybody interested in mountains. Hazards and risk reduction related to glaciers, glacial lakes, landslides, and floods of any sort pose huge challenges to Nepal and across the transboundary region in the Himalaya-Hindu Kush.
Also huge is this opportunity to help with risk reduction. ICIMOD is a great organization to work for. So, I urge your young colleagues, or any Chinese national interested in transboundary risk reduction in the Himalayan region to consider this opportunity
