[GLIMS] GLIMS book-- author discount

Dear GLIMS colleagues,As of a couple months ago, nearly all of the editors' stash of hard copies of the GLIMS book were sent out to every lead author and some other authors, as supplies permitted.  (Apologies again are extended to the authors who did not receive a hard copy-- there having been twice as many authors as there were available comp copies.) Exceptions are Bruce Giffen and some NASA officials, whose complementary copies were recently ordered for delivery by Springer.  All authors should have their e-book access to the whole book. And all authors have available a 33.3% author discount.
