GLIMS definition of "glacier": revised GLIMS Analysis Tutorial

Hi all,

I received several messages from people with good suggestions for
improvement of the definition. The changes were mostly clarifications,
rather than substantial changes to the definition itself. I tried to
accommodate the spirit of all suggestions. I've also added a figure from
Frank Paul illustrating a few of the issues. I think there is definitely
room for more illustrations of the issues!

I've just posted to the GLIMS the website the latest version of the GLIMS
Analysis Tutorial, linked from

http://glims.org/MapsAndDocs/guides.html

I also tried to clarify a bit some of the other discussion in this
tutorial, and I would appreciate hearing about any bits that aren't
understandable.

Best regards,
Bruce
