GLIMS web site update: database description

Hello all,

For your information, I have just updated the description of the GLIMS
glacier database on the main GLIMS web site.  See
http://wwwflag.wr.usgs.gov/GLIMS/db_design.html.  (It is the same
information that was on the database working group scratch site.)

Note that this information is still being augmented and modified.
