807 viewsThis map shows the spatial distribution of the rate of elevation change from the Elevation Change of the Southern Greenland Ice Sheet from 1978-1988 data set. The data was acquired from Seasat and Geosat radar altimeter data. It shows a 2000 m surface elevation contour, the ice divide, and the locations of nine shallow and three deeper ice cores in the study area.
