Warming Tent
Warming tent set up adjacent to the USS Hawkbill during SCICEX 99. Although no surface sampling was performed during SCICEX 99, a film crew from the National Geographic Society, in collaboration with Dr. Tom Lehman (LDEO), lowered cameras through a hole in the ice next to the submarine to photograph its descent.
