NSIDC is no longer producing monthly sea ice concentration files in ArcInfo GIS interchange file format (.e00) for the Arctic and Antarctic. However, please visit NSIDC's Sea Ice Index: Archive Web page where you can download GIS compatible files (shapefiles).
